Following our successful Body Beautiful Hypnotherapy Program for the ladies, we wanted to do something for the guys.
Working Therapies will be running a 5-week Re-Frame Body and Mind Group Program.
We will be using hypnotherapy along with some other holistic therapies to motivate and guide you towards your goals which will lead to you becoming the guy you want to be.
Reframe the way you think and you’ll find positive changes occur in body and mind.
We will be sharing with you transformative techniques that you can use at home so that you can better manage those behaviours that lead to you not feeling your best. These might include low self-esteem, weight issues, lack of confidence or poor body image.
Our aim is for each of you to finish the course looking and feeling great and last but not least, being in control.
