5 Week Body Beautiful Group – Jan 19

Working Therapies will be running a 5-week Body Beautiful Group Program.
We will be using hypnotherapy along with some other holistic therapies to motivate and guide you towards becoming your most beautiful self, loving and looking after that fantastic body you’re in.
We will be sharing with you transformative techniques that you can use at home so that you can better manage those behaviours that lead to you not feeling your best. These might include low self-esteem, weight issues, lack of confidence or poor body image.
Our aim is for each of you to finish the course looking and feeling great and last but not least, being in control.
The course will run from the 02/01/19 every Wednesday evening 6.15 to 8.15pm for 5-weeks.
