Body Beautiful – Hypnotherapy Group 3

Working Therapies will be running their third hypnotherapy group starting 14 November 2018 in Rayleigh Essex.

In this 5 week transformative group program you will change the way you feel about yourself and start to love the body you are in.

We use a mixture of hypnotherapy and counselling skills along with other therapies to motivate and build confidence, while taking you on a journey of self discovery.

Our aim is that you complete the course motivated, looking and feeling great.

We have now run two courses with great results. Yes, the ladies did lose weight, but more than that, they started to believe in themselves. They found the motivation they needed and made the life style changes that will keep them on track.

Your subconscious mind will follow our very simple instructions, this will be your desire to feel good about yourself. You will succeed as you will be putting your subconscious to work for you. You already know the benefits of feeling your best, let’s work with those very real benefits and make it happen.

The course will run every Wednesday evening from 6.30 to 8.30pm for 5-weeks. The cost is £195.00 payable in advance to secure your place.
